I'm taking on the challenge to climb Mount Snowdon this October both in memory of the most amazing brother anyone could wish for and to raise some much needed funds for St Margarets Hospice.

As Most people know the hospice not only provided Matthew with SO much care, love and dignity while he was there, they also offered us as a family the opportunity to spend the time alongside him which we will be forever thankful for.

The hospice will always hold a special place in my heart and I can't wait to give something back to them.
