Jolly Jumper Day is a fun and festive fundraiser for St David's Hospice Care. Wearing your favourite Christmas jumper on any day in December, raising vital funds, and helping to support hospice care in the community.

Established in 1979, St David’s Hospice Care is a charitable organisation providing comprehensive, palliative care to patients, their families and carers facing life-limiting illnesses across South East Wales. In the last year, St David's Hospice Care has supported over 3,700 patients. All our services are always free of charge, however it costs £15,000 every day to provide that care.
