In Loving Memory of my Dad– 10,000 Steps a Day for the British Heart Foundation

Step Into Action This June!

Hazelton Mountford is taking on a company-wide challenge for a great cause. Every team member is committing to walk 10,000 steps a day throughout June.

Team 'Heart Steppers' will be walking in support of British Heart Foundation. I nominated this charity as I lost my Dad in 2016 to a cardiac arrest, and he is still sorely missed by my family every day.

We are doing this challenge in loving memory of our family members, who we have lost to heart related conditions:

❤️Emily’s Dad, Bob Martin – Aged 62

❤️Amaash’s Uncle, Javed Iqbal Aged 56
