Story
I’m taking on the Edinburgh Half Marathon in support of Big Hearts Community Trust — the official charity of Heart of Midlothian F.C. — using the power of football to change lives across Edinburgh and beyond.
Back in January, signing up alongside the team at Stellar Omada seemed like a brilliant idea… now the reality of 21km is getting very real! I normally run 5Ks and 10Ks, although back in my 20s I loved a half marathon, so let’s see what’s left in the tank.
A lot of my training has been out in the Pentland Hills with the dog or early mornings before the school run and work, with Edinburgh views keeping me going. I’m hoping all those miles pay off on race day and maybe even help me get a great time for the half. 💪🤞⛰️🏃♀️☀️
Any support for this incredible charity would mean a lot. Thank you!
