London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 · 12 April 2026 ·

Over 1.5 million in the UK have endometriosis and the impact of the disease is for some devastating, yet diagnosis takes on average 8 years. With your donations we are turning this around, raising awareness, providing support and information, supporting research, and campaigning for change.

Story

I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 for Endometriosis UK, a charity that is personally close to my heart.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in November 2018, after fighting for a diagnosis for over 5 years from going back and from tests and appointments with the doctors. I have since had 3 surgeries to relive some symptoms.

As someone living with endometriosis, I know first-hand how invisible and misunderstood this condition can be. It’s not “just a bad period.” It’s chronic pain, fatigue, infertility and a battle that affects every part of life, from work to relationships..

1 in 10 women will suffer from endometriosis. On average it takes 8 years 10 months from the first GP visit to get a diagnosis and there is currently no cure or definitive treatment.

So I will be running for everyone suffering with the condition hoping to raise awareness and supporting a charity that can help change the difficulties I faced.

Any donations will be extremely appreciated, please share
