WINGS is the largest domestic violence agency in Illinois, offering a continuum of services including housing, counseling, financial guidance, legal advocacy, career development, life skills, mentoring, Community Based Services, and a comprehensive Children and Family Services.

Since 1985, WINGS has continually produced successful outcomes, working toward the vision of creating a society where every survivor has a voice and the resources to break the cycle of domestic violence.

Emily would like friends and family to contribute with funds and/or clothing to WINGS for her mitzvah as she feels it's everyone's responsibility to take care of each other. WINGS helps those who have been treated poorly in their own home start a new life again. WINGS also offers hope to those who may feel hopeless by providing shelter, clothing and safety.
