Story
๐๐๐It's that time again friends: where I do lots of training in the months before, and then attempt to hike 26 miles, up and down hills (and the hills are particularly hilly this year) in 12 hours or less, and I hope that you feel moved to donate to Macmillan Cancer Support.๐๐๐
Apologies for the ridiculously sparse updates this year, the first page ran for a bit until I noticed it was for the half marathon, and then I couldn't transfer the posts across to this one.
๐With that in mind, it's important to stress that your money goes instantly and directly to Macmillan (see the official stuff below) and the page will run for two months after the day of the Hike. ๐
Your support and encouragement is most appreciated, especially on the day, where I will attempt to keep the page updated.
๐So, thank you for reading, thank you in advance for your donation, or for sharing this page in your networks, or your words of encouragement.๐
*Official Just Giving and Macmillan stuff below.
Thanks for supporting my fundraising. The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, and every one of them needs the best support to meet their unique needs.
That's why Macmillan will do whatever it takes to help everyone living with cancer across the UK get the support they need right now and transform cancer care for everyone who will be diagnosed in the future.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving, once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
