This amazing charity offers help to those in need in the County Durham area by offering opportunities for personal development, social interaction, and by supporting recovery. As well as being committed to countering stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health!
They provide groups, courses, support and social opportunities, everything from book clubs to archery, music appreciation days to gym classes. It’s a safe space for those suffering with mental health to get back on their feet and on the road to recovery without feeling alone and isolated.
