Hi Friends & Family,

Most of you know by now that I am running The London Marathon 2024 (EEK!) for Asthma + Lung UK.

This is a charity very close to home for me with my dad being a life long Asthma sufferer and in more recent years COPD. I have seen first hand the exhaustion and pain; mentally and physically respiratory diseases can have on a daily basis.

Asthma + Lung UK are the only UK charity that fights for everyone's right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
