I haven't run properly since 2021. I am now training, starting from scratch with a very unfit body, to run 10 miles a day, 10 days in a row from the 3rd to the 13th January 2023.

It's been 10 years since I started First Days one cold January evening in 2013, this running will end our tenth year in style, or at least it will end it in something. To commemorate this and to raise vital funds for the organisation I am running 10 miles a day for 10 days in a row. I am going to run around the communities we serve and it would be amazing if you can sponsor me, or join me!

This year has been by far the hardest year we have ever had at First Days. The families we are supporting are facing increasingly desperate situations and feeling increasingly hopeless. We want to continue to be able to support them for as long as they need us. Your donation will help us do that. I know times are tight, so every little amount will add up to make a huge difference.
