Myself and my wonderful colleagues will be taking part in the Coniston Challenge Triathlon on the 6th July 2024 to support Alder Hey Children's Charity.

The challenge includes:

Bike 27km

Hike 8km

Canoe 3km

As a Team we need to raise at least £2000 so please can you support and if you can donate, every little helps and all money raised goes to Alder Hey.
