I am running next years London Marathon to help Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity to continue providing specialist nurses and support for children and young people living with complex medical conditions.

At Yeovil Hospital we have been lucky to be supported by the charity to set up a brand new Children’s Epilepsy Support Service and we now are supporting over 150 families.

Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity provides specialist nurses and support for children living with complex medical conditions. There are currently over 100 Roald Dahl Nurses caring for over 32,000 seriously ill children across the UK. We also provide support in other ways, helping to improve the resilience of families who find life very tough.

I would love to raise as much money as I can so that more needed services can be developed it improved so that children and families have the best experience possible.
