Emma Clift is raising money for Royal Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals Milton Keynes And North Buckinghamshire Branch

MK Marathon Weekend · 3 May 2026 to 4 May 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

RSPCA Milton Keynes & North Bucks branch help to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home animals who are victims of cruelty, neglect and suffering in our local area. We're a separately registered branch of the RSPCA and rely on local support to continue our vital work of helping animals in need.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

2 years ago we rehomed our brilliant lurcher, Bailey, from our local RSPCA rehoming centre. They had housed him, trained him and loved him for over a year before he came home with us, and every day an animal is with them is an expense: food, heating, water, vet bills...the list goes on. We (and we think, Bailey too!) are grateful that local RSPCA branches are there to catch the animals which fall through the cracks and are let down by people around them.

I'm running the half marathon at the MK Marathon weekend for RSPCA MK and North Bucks branch. It receives no money from the central RSPCA and relies on donations to carry out it's excellent work, rehoming cats and small animals. It costs approximately £250 to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home one animal - so your donations will give that animal another chance to experience a happy home. Thank you ❤️
