I want to do my part to help the NHS.

Yup, I’m going to jump out a plane…I’ve gone backward and forwards on this for months but I’ve decided to jump out a plane (hopefully with a parachute and someone strapped to my back) for charity. 

I’ve chosen Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Charity (My University Hospitals Sussex) to raise money for. They cover the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, Princess Royal Haywards Heath, Lancing Hospital, Worthing Hospital, Sussex Eye Hospital and Royal Sussex County Hospital.

The money raised goes towards supporting projects which fall outside of core NHS funding. They provide support to the amazing NHS staff as well as patients. Providing well-being spaces and children’s bravery presents, breast pumps for new mums and rehabilitation tools. Money has been raised for neonatal units, a parent room to be redecorated on a children’s ward among other things. 

I know things are hard right now with the cost of living going through the roof but please share and donate if you can, no matter how small. It’ll all make a difference.
