Story

On Sunday October 12th I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in memory of the legend that was Zohar Dean Collins.

Along with Zohar's friends Annie, Matt, Gabriel and Sofia, I will be raising money for the Zohar Dean Trust, which gives out a number of charitable grants each year in his name.

This year's beneficiaries include:

Nelson's Journey - a Norfolk based charity which supports bereaved children and young people

Babylon Migrants Project - which supports young migrants and asylum seekers living in the UK

Barking and Dagenham Youth Zone - a youth club supporting young people in London's most deprived borough

BIRCH - a Birmingham based charity which runs a hosting network for vulnerable asylum seekers who are in danger of becoming destitute

Zohar was a great friend to me as he was to countless others. Funny, cheeky, and with a howl of a laugh, life has been a hell of a lot more boring without him. He leaves a lot behind but I am excited to be taking him with me on this run ❤️
