Ruby was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just before Christmas 2018, when she was 11. She has had to learn to change her lifestyle and has been absolutely selfless in dealing with all the changes she has had to make. She is now looking to help others who are diabetic and is such a positive role for like-minded children.

As a family, we are raising money towards supporting children and families who have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

We have experienced how life changing it can be when you receive a diagnosis, but also how vital this charity is in helping children and their families cope with the lifestyle changes it brings.

We will be climbing Ben Nevis on Friday 2nd June and would be extremely grateful for any donations towards this wonderful charity.
