On Saturday, 26th April, I’ll be taking on one of Scotland’s Munros—Ben Wyvis—alongside some amazing friends and work colleagues. We’re doing this to raise money for HALO, a local charity that means a lot to us. We supported them at Christmas, and their work continues to inspire us every day.
This challenge is huge for me. If you know me, you’ll know that fitness has never been my thing—but over the last 10 months, I’ve lost 9 stone and have been working hard to become a healthier, stronger version of myself. A year ago, I wouldn’t have even considered this, but now I feel ready to take it on!
I’ll be blogging my training and walks in the lead-up to the big day, so you can follow my journey, cheer me on, and help keep me going. Your support—whether it’s a donation, a message of encouragement, or simply following along—means the world to me.
