I am running the London 10K for the third time for this charity. It’s little but mighty!

I am really lucky that I am on a biologic medication that has controlled my psoriasis and arthritis, and this charity has helped me understand it and supported me.

Before the medication I could not run due to the pain of the arthritis and would never wear shorts or T-shirts due to being embarrassed by my skin.

This is my way of trying to support others and raise awareness of what psoriasis is and how it affects both your physical and mental health.

10K is my happy zone but still a challenge and I’m adding myself the extra challenge of trying to complete it in under an hour this year… which I also have to do as need to get home after for a party!
