Reuben, my 7 month old, has been the greatest addition to my little life so far- even better- HE LOVES RUNNING WITH ME! (In his fancy sports buggy…)

Whilst he is my complete ray of sunshine, I struggled terribly the first few months and was diagnosed with severe Postnatal Depression. Charities such as Families Together have been an absolute lifeline for me in my comeback. I just want to run this first race since pregnancy for other people who could use their services and be supported in the way I have been supported. Everyone deserves the help they need, and no one should have to suffer in silence.
