Our son, Lenny, was born 8 weeks premature and had to spend 3 weeks being cared for in the neonatal intensive care unit. It was the most challenging thing we have ever had to go through, but was made easier thanks to the Bliss charity who provide support for families, and do amazing research to help take care of these premature and sick babies.

Every day more than 300 babies are admitted to a neonatal unit in the UK. That's why on 7th September 2025 I'm going to be running for Bliss in the Great North Run.

Bliss is the UK's leading charity for babies born premature or sick.
