Every step taken will help raise vital funds to extend our Putney facility and create a state-of-the-art 12-bed reablement centre. This new service will provide essential short-term support for older people who are isolated or vulnerable following discharge from hospital, helping them regain independence and confidence before returning home or making longer-term care decisions. By offering rehabilitation and support in a safe environment, the centre will help reduce hospital bed blocking and provide individuals and families with greater choice and time when considering future care home options.
