Helen & I are running the 2024 London Marathon on 21st April - so if you'd like to find out why please take a few minutes to read the below. Thank You

In August 2020, whilst holidaying in Wales, my sister Helen had a bike accident whilst cycling to the beach one morning with her children. The air ambulance were quickly on the scene and as Helen was losing so much blood from her facial wounds she was placed in an induced coma and flown to Stoke hospital for emergency surgery.

The time Helen spent in Stoke hospital and the whole ordeal was made so much worse given it was during Covid so none of us, her family, could visit.

Whilst Helen has made an amazing recovery, well she is running the marathon...this is undoubtedly in large part down to the fabulous efforts of the air ambulance team that came to her on that day. Looking after Helen so well, whilst keeping her children calm and informed.
