Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of their care is provided for free, and they need to raise over £27000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes their Specialist Hospice at Home Service, the hospice in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, and so much more.

I am Senior Sister Weldmar Hospicecare Inpatient Unit and have worked for this amazing charity for nearly 20 years and see first hand how all of the amazing services make such a difference to patients and their loved ones.
