Story

This year, I’m taking part in a fundraiser for a charity that means a lot to me.

I work for Beaverbrooks, where we’re encouraged to give back to our community or raise money for charities close to our hearts. Each year, I try to take part in a fundraiser, and this year I’ll be running the Beaverbrooks 10K to raise money for Trinity Hospice.

This run is in loving memory of my brother Alan Ogden and my sister-in-law Kathleen Maylia, who we sadly lost to cancer last year. Trinity supported both sides of my family during an incredibly difficult time, and this is my way of giving something back.

Beaverbrooks very kindly matches every pound raised, so if I reach my £500 target, £1,000 will be donated to Trinity.

Thank you so much for any donation you’re able to make. My family and I really appreciate your support.
