Story

I know, what was I thinking ? This is what happens when the sun shines, I say yes to things. You know me I love a challenge and The Hospice of St Francis is such a fantastic cause. So what the heck, let's give it a go - blister plasters at the ready.

So If you would be kind enough to donate to me, my legs and my feet and in doing so raise some money for a local cause that would be great.

I will be also be offering a few free workshops and meditation practices - both live and in person as a personal thank you - so if you would like to know more or receive the free meditations, then sign up to the What's app group here

The Hospice of St Francis helps over 2000 people a year to live their precious lives well. Their care has many forms - at home, in an outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of their Hospice beds - it is defined by each person's need. They rely on donations to raise the £6m we need each year to fund our free care.
