This candle lit Solstice yoga class that will be held at 7.30 pm on Thursday 19th Dec 2024. At All Saints Church on Shrublands Road in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

The evening will be gentle yoga stretch and relax, with a beautiful meditation to ease you into the Christmas week. I'll endeavour to bring a little bit of calm to the season's chaos, to rebalance and reset your spirt, so you can float into the festivities with grace. It is available for everybody.

After our practice we will draw the raffle whilst you enjoy some festive refreshments, gluten free and vegan will be available too. Finally taking a thought for why we are gathering on this evening, to raise money, or give love to those who are homeless or in need this Christmas.

Numbers in the hall are limited to 18 people but you can buy as many raffle tickets as you like. (please be generous if you can).There are some great prizes again this year. The raffle will be drawn the same evening, so if you can't make the class you can Zoom into the live raffle. (Feel free to text me your contact number too if I don't already have it). 07982 307926.

I am so grateful for you taking the time to help those people on our doorstep who, let's face it have had a worse time than us this year. Which is saying something! The path to being happier with ourselves is always to count our blessings and to help others. We never regret helping a friend or a stranger, it is just in our nature, it's what we do.

So pat yourself on the back, go for a run, pour yourself a glass of wine do what ever makes you happy and say silently to yourself "Go me". Because you did something awesome today. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you on the mat, or calling you up with your winning prize.
