I am personally effected by chronic Arthritis and it unfortunately effect several joints and areas across my body. Children and parents I work with will recently remember my hand and wrist in a cast after having an arthritic joint removed. This will be done on my other hand later in the year.

I believe the best medicine is movement for the mind and body. I hope people will see that I can complete the 42 Mile race over some of the hardest terrine in the UK, and give movement a go for themselves.
