Both my parents have a dementia diagnosis.

I'm raising funds for Age UK Salford who offer a service across Greater Manchester called Empowered Conversations for people affected by Dementia.

They offer support from the diagnosis to the bereavement and beyond.

Without them I was really struggling, I want others to benefit form this amazing service.
