I am running the Nos Galon to raise awareness of autism and much needed funds for Cynon Valley PALS.

My daughter Daisie has been supported by this fantastic local charity since she was 3 years old. They provide much needed support, activities, trips and more that we would not be able to access without their support. It has also allowed me to gain support from parents who are in the same situation as me and who are now life long friends. We would be lost without PALS.
