Camino De Santiago 100km · 10 October 2025

Trek across the green rolling landscapes of rural Galicia, meet fellow trekkers and even pilgrims, discover local traditions and enjoy the unique atmosphere – today the Camino is more than a pilgrimage but a remarkable journey and unique experience.

Story

I have had the greatest privilege to work for St John's Hospice for almost 3 years now.

During that time, I have seen first hand the difference our Hospice makes. We provide exceptional palliative care; not only offering medical support, but also comfort and compassion to our patients, their families and our community.

Our Hospice is a lifeline for many people and yet, in order to provide our exceptional care, we need to fundraise 70% of our costs each year.

To show how grateful I am and how much our Hospice means to me, I am taking on the challenge, which will be a huge challenge for me, to complete the Camino De Santiago's last 100km in 5 days.

I will of course be holding events throughout the next year, any help you could offer to help me reach my goal and keep our Hospice serving our community would be very much appreciated.
