Story
At Hales Home Care Sheffield, we are proud to support people in our community every day, including many individuals and families affected by dementia.
Through our work, we see first-hand the impact dementia has. It is not just memory loss — it affects confidence, independence, communication, and everyday life. More importantly, it affects families, who often feel overwhelmed, heartbroken, and unsure where to turn for support.
We support people to remain in their own homes, maintaining their dignity and comfort for as long as possible. We see the small but meaningful moments — a smile, a familiar song, a moment of recognition — and we understand just how important these are. We also see how difficult the journey can be, both for those living with dementia and for their loved ones.
That is why we are fundraising for Alzheimer’s Society.
Alzheimer’s Society provides vital support, advice, and guidance to people living with dementia and their families, while also funding research and campaigning for better care and understanding. Their work helps ensure that no one has to face dementia alone. [justgiving.com]
All donations raised through this page will go directly to Alzheimer’s Society, helping to provide essential support services and fund vital research for those affected by dementia.
As a care provider within Sheffield, we are committed to playing our part — not only through the care we deliver, but also by helping to raise awareness and support for this cause.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help:
Provide practical and emotional support to families
Offer guidance during some of the most challenging times
Fund research to improve care and find better treatments
Dementia touches so many lives within our community, and together we can make a difference.
We would be incredibly grateful for any support, whether that’s a donation or simply sharing our page. Your kindness will help bring hope, support, and a better future for those living with dementia.
Thank you for supporting Hales Home Care Sheffield and the Alzheimer’s Society 💙
