Paragliding for SUDEP Action 🪂💜

On 12 September 2026, I’m taking on another little challenge — I’m going paragliding! 🪂

I’m doing it to raise money for SUDEP Action, a charity that is incredibly close to my heart as you all know, for my beautiful Erin.

SUDEP — Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy — is something that changed my life forever. Too many families are left facing the unimaginable loss of someone they love, often without warning and without ever having heard of SUDEP.

I am trying so very hard to help change that so people don't have to live with the outcome that I do.

Every penny raised will go towards SUDEP Action, supporting their vital work to raise awareness, provide information and support families affected by epilepsy, and help prevent further deaths.

So, on 12 September, I’ll be stepping off the edge, hoping my legs remember what they're supposed to do! 😬🪂
