At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

I am walking in memory of my amazing Grandmother Jessie (J E M) Trueman. She was one of life's very special people and brought my Sister and I up from the ages of 3 and 4.

She passed away to this insidious illness on July 6th 2008 and I still miss her every day.
