I am taking part in Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for Autism Practical Support (APS). At APS we support autistic and neurodiverse individuals of all ages and their families. We offer vital support service, activities, wellbeing services, counselling and training. We are raising fund to enable us to support more people who would benefit from our vital support.
