As an animal lover both domestic and wildlife, I am always finding ways to support charities as much as I can. Pumpkin's Wildlife hospital want to treat and rehabilitate wildlife that have been injured through many differnt occurrences. You can find more information about Pumpkin's Wildlife Hospital below. Currently Pumpkin's Wildlife Hospital are raising and in need of funds to build a new hospital for the rescue.

To raise funds I am taking on a challenge which is being held by Superhero Series. The event will be where I will be wheeling myself for 5K around Dorney Lake based on Eton College fields. I will be dressed as Black Widow to contribute to the Superhero part. The event takes place on Saturday 12th August 2023. I will be taking videos and pictures of my journey and progression of the event. Pushing myself in my wheelchair will be a difficult challenge as I am usually pushed by others for my travels. The course does also have slight hills so it will be hard.

Creating a wildlife hospital has always been the dream but when Pumpkin came along with her wounds after being left untreated, it was the catalyst we needed to put our plans in motion.

Our main vision is to prevent cases like Pumpkins from happening again. We want to be able to administer the proper veterinary treatment that these animals so desperately need and create a long lasting centre which will provide and grow with future generations. Doing this will ensure our wildlife is supported and our community educated.
