Emma is running the London Marathon in support of the Welsh Air Ambulance as a way of giving back to a service she has personal reasons to be grateful for. The charity provides rapid, lifesaving emergency care to people across Wales, getting highly skilled medical teams to those who need them most, often in the most critical situations.

As the Welsh Air Ambulance is funded entirely by donations, every contribution helps keep helicopters flying and crews ready to respond. By taking on this marathon challenge, Emma hopes to raise vital funds and support a service that makes a genuine difference to people and families when it matters most.
