Story
On Sunday 12th July, I'll be taking part in the Saucony London 10k in support of the homelessness charity Crisis.
This is going to be a pretty big challenge for me. I've only ever run one 10k before and over the past couple of years I've mostly stuck to casual runs of 5k or less. So taking on this race with just six weeks of training will definitely be interesting!
Having worked for Crisis for the past two years, I've seen first hand the difference their support makes. I've met people who have been sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation and have seen how Crisis has provided vital services to help them find a safe, stable place to call home.
If you're able to, I'd be hugely grateful for any donation. Every contribution will help Crisis continue its vital work supporting people experiencing homelessness.
