In just five weeks I will be running my fifth marathon. My running journey began in Ukraine, and because of this I will forever feel a strong connection between running and this country. Over the last three years I have been honored to use my road races as an opportunity to fundraise for organizations and individuals in Ukraine who need support as their lives continue to be upended by this war. In light of recent events here in the United States, I feel more passionate than ever about the need for grassroots community support for Ukrainians, and it is my goal to raise a MINIMUM of $500 for Ukrainian Action as a part of my marathon training. Running is a privilege, and I do not take it for granted. Any amount that you can contribute will help provide lifesaving support to Ukrainian citizens. Both I, and those who will receive the aid, are deeply grateful for your help.

Ukrainian Action is an NGO dedicated to supporting the survival and development of Ukrainian Citizens.

They buy vehicles in the UK (Pickups, Ambulances, SUVs) and then drive/donate them to Ukraine. The vehicles are filled with donated or purchased supplies (Medical, humanitarian, protective, and generators). These vehicles save lives by distributing humanitarian aid to liberated areas and evacuating civilians from conflict.

They are 100% Volunteer run with no staff costs and are a US tax-exempt charity (501c3) with pending UK charity status.
