Story
I'm sure we all have either suffered with low mood, deeper mental health issues, or at the very least have close friends or family that have, or even worse lost those close to us to suicide.
Over my lifetime at least the taboo around mental health I think has lessened, but there's still ways to go to improve availability of help and reduce that unnecessary stigma.
I enjoy streaming & recording music events and I do this to support the artists and get their music out there on the internet, I really enjoy being a part of it absorbing that positive energy and also sharing with people who maybe can't get to see the live performances due to physical/mental barriers so they can also get to watch and join in the live chats.
So this Stream for Mind seemed to be the perfect fit to what I do.
