Emplas Runners supporting Niamh’s Next Step (NNS)

Emplas, and its sister company T&K Home Improvements, are proud to support Wellingborough based charity Niamh’s Next Step (NNS).
Set up by Sam and Chris Curry in 2013, Niamh’s Next Step is a charity dedicated to the memory of their daughter, Niamh, who lost her battle against Neuroblastoma cancer at the age of 5. Neuroblastoma is a rare childhood cancer that affects around 100 children in the UK each year. It usually affects children under the age of five and can occur before a child is born. NNS is dedicated to raising money to help raise awareness of Neuroblastoma, fund research into the condition, and support children and families affected by this cruel disease.
As part of our efforts to raise £30k in total through a range of events and activities over the next two years, we have set up the Emplas Runners team. The team is made up of Damian, Paul, Tuan, and Emma (check out their profile pic!). You can use this JustGiving page to show your support for the guys as they take on the following five runs:
5k & 10k run at Stanwick Lakes:
o 2nd March
o 1st June
o 7th September
o 30th November
Birmingham Half Marathon – 4th May
Great North Run – 7th September
Additional places are no longer available for the Birmingham Half Marathon, or the Great North Run, but you’re welcome to join the team at the four race events at Stanwick Lakes. You will need to pay the small entry fee involved to take part.
We'd like to raise £2000 by the end of 2025 after the six running events, so any support would be hugely appreciated!
