EmpowerHER was born when I started a dance class for women in 2023. Little did I know that it would turn into a family, a safe space and a very special community of women. We all got more from this 1 hour a week than we ever could have imagined.

The space became so much more than a "class" and as our confidence grew as a group, so did our ambition to help women to find their own safe space.

When I approached the class about putting on an event to raise money for women and children, it was a resounding YES!

When I read their mission statement, I knew that raising money for Women's Aid Bromley & Croydon was the perfect fit for us. Creating safe spaces for women.

Mission Statement -

"Our mission is to end all forms of domestic abuse in our community.

Our vision is to support and empower women to create change in their lives, so that they and their children can live free from domestic abuse and improve their quality of life."
