Cancer effects 1 in 2 people in Ireland, and in Empower Fitness Hub it is very close to our hearts. Our wonderful owner, Emma was unfortunately diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Grade 3 and treble negative Breast Cancer in August 2023.

Because of the wonderful research that has been done in Ireland to date and the amazing staff at Beaumont Breast Care, Bon Secour, Glasnevin and St Lukes Emma was fortunate to receive immediate life saving treatment. In July 2024 Emma was told my medical professionals she is a cancer survivor.

Emma is now living her life to its full with her loving family and friends, and has a bright future ahead.

As a group cancer has affect a lot of us and we have decided to participate in Battle Cancer 2025 to raise much needed funds for Cancer Research in Ireland.
