On Sunday 18th October, I will be running my first ever marathon: the Yorkshire Marathon! During my training, I will be raising money for YHEC's nominated charity, Age UK York.

Age UK York has been supporting older people, their families and carers since 1971. We provide a wide range of services which make a massive difference in people's lives.

Your donation will help us support volunteers who provide valuable befriending support.

You'll enable us to take older people home from hospital and ensure they can recover fully at home.

You'll help us provide someone who can allow a carer to have a much needed break from caring for an older person.
