Help the Enable Law Court of Protection team in our efforts to raise funds for Eden Dora Trust who support children and young people with encephalitis. We are completing a 50 mile challenge in May, where each each of us will walk, run, cycle or swim our way to 50 miles or beyond. While working at Enable Law, the strength, resilience and determination of our clients has always amazed me, so I am looking forward to doing this small gesture to raise awareness and support for those affected by Encephalitis and Acquired Brain Injuries.

Eden Dora Trust was set up after the founders daughter got ill with Encephalitis and nearly lost her life. Luckily, she survived but was left with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Before this, she'd never heard of Encephalitis, and soon realised it was more common & that anyone can get it at any time from a simple virus. Their family's life changed forever on that day, and she didn't want any other family to go through what they went through, scared, alone, lost and confused.

Since the charity started they've helped so many families all over the UK with Encephalitis & ABI, supporting through diagnosis, education for schools about ABI, rehabilitation, a helpline, advice, research, awareness raising, workshops, study days and loads more. Now more than ever, they need our help!

Without funds - Eden Dora Trust will not be able to continue supporting the children & families that rely on them.
