This summer, five of our brave team members will be taking to the skies to skydive in support of Cynthia Spencer Hospice raising vital funds for the hospice's life-changing work. On 14th June they'll jump from a plane strapped to a skydive instructor at a height of 13,000 ft. Dropping at 120mph they'll experience the adrenaline rush of a lifetime!
Encore Environment’s charity partnership with Cynthia Spencer Hospice is a natural extension of our ongoing support through staff volunteering. We believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. As a B Corp certified company, Encore Environment is part of a global movement that does business as a force for good, benefiting both people and the planet. This ethos aligns perfectly with the hospice's mission to provide compassionate care, and we're honoured to be part of it.
Each of our team members has a personal reason for taking the leap. Some are jumping in loving memory of a family member or friend, while others are doing it in support of someone special who has been touched by the hospice's care. For all of us, Cynthia Spencer Hospice holds a special place in our hearts.
Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides palliative care to those facing life-limiting illnesses in Northampton and across Northamptonshire, both within its own-patient unit and in patients' own homes through their community services, ensuring every patient and their loved ones receive the dignity and support they deserve during life's most challenging moments.

As a family we can never thank Cynthia Spencer enough for what they did for Mick at the end of his life.
Cynthia Spencer is not just a hospice that provides specialist palliative care to cancer patients. They are much more than that, and if you've never crossed paths with them before, then here are just a few reasons why they're so amazing.
Each and every member of staff at Cynthia Spencer provide a warm welcome to patients and their family members, a safe haven for patients to receive treatment, and at the saddest of times ensures patients can slip away peacefully and comfortably surrounded by those they love.
Cynthia Spencer is quite simply a saving grace in the middle of a living nightmare, they are real life angels.
The staff understand that patients deal with their circumstances differently; whether that be watching patients facing their cancer head on and ready and willing to fight with everything they have, or whether their patients are like Mick, who lived in denial of the reality leading to his ultimate fate.
They understand that each patient is different.
Each member of Cynthia Spencer is full to the brim with love and courage.
Every day they face fear but remain committed to making a difference. They laugh and cry with their patients, and although they cannot change the outcome, they change the journey.
Cynthia Spencer were very supportive during the sad journey with both my Dad, Derrick and my late husband Glenn. Although neither were admitted to the hospice, the personal advise and palliative care received at home was above and beyond. Thank you x
