I'm taking the leap for Dementia UK on 1 September!

I'm taking on a skydive to raise money for Dementia UK, a charity that provides specialist support to families affected by dementia. Dementia touches the lives of so many people, and the incredible Admiral Nurses at Dementia UK help families navigate some of the most challenging moments with expert advice, compassion, and understanding.
