Admittedly, I have been extremely lucky in my life, but I am afraid my situation is not the normality. On the other side of the spectrum we have the vulnerable, the homeless , disabled and so much more.

This July I am going to run the Shrewsbury 10k to help raise money for the Shrewsbury ark, a local charity who helps people in difficult situation with basic necessities and turning their life around.

Every little that you can give will go a long way.
