This year, EPIC Media Group is raising funds for Andy's Man Club, a charity doing incredible work raising awareness around men’s mental health and suicide prevention across the UK.

Andy’s Man Club runs free, peer-to-peer support groups where men can talk openly in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Their powerful message is simple but important: “It’s OK to talk.”

Mental health affects families, friends, colleagues and communities everywhere. The work Andy’s Man Club does helps many men who may otherwise struggle in silence find support, connection and hope.

At EPIC, we believe it’s important to support causes that make a real difference, and we are proud to raise funds for such a meaningful organisation.

Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go directly towards supporting the work of Andy’s Man Club.
