Brain cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in children and adults under 40 in Australia. Alarmingly, very little is known about brain cancer, its causes, or how it is treated.

Since the idea to sell beanies first emerged in 2014, the Mark Hughes Foundation have sold over 1 million beanies and raised nearly $30 million for brain cancer research.
