Together, we’re working to empower care leavers aged 16-25 to overcome challenges, build brighter futures, and thrive in their transitions to independence. Over the next three years, we’ve pledged to raise £150,000 to fund vital initiatives like:

- Employment support through mentoring and work experience opportunities.

- Life skills training to build confidence and independence.

- Awareness campaigns to elevate the voices of care-experienced young people.
